Roles and Responsibilities

  • A passionate leader who embodies business acumen and a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques and possess an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth.
  • Build a digital marketing roadmap for the organization.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) meeting the demands of relevant leads for the business.
  • Identify metrics to measure the ROI (return on investment) of digital marketing channels.
  • Proven track record in managing performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across digital media platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set to generate new ideas and out of box solutions that would become the trend-setter for NGO industry
  • Strong leadership and inter-personal skills to help drive the new wave of online and digital growth within the organization and also with the stakeholders
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills to help use digital technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information
  • Enhancement in the digital marketing function which should eventually redefine the role digital plays in e-commerce industry
  • Build a solid in-house team to lead all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, Affiliate, Email, WhatsApp, Social Media, Analytics, content and designers.
  • To develop marketing/media/creative strategies for providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies.
  • Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the team
  • Refining the details of campaigns and ensuring that challenges are being addressed
  • Managing budgets and campaign costs Creating reports for campaigns and more
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize them
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
  • Manage team and its P&L
  • Training and Mentoring the team


  • Experience in SEO On page Off Page, keyword analysis, site audits conversion analysis.
  • Experience in meta keywords searching, h1 and h2 tag, creations of sitemap.xml, robots.txt etc.
  • Creation of SEO strategy for websites; detailed site analysis with document tactics.
  • Analysis of latest algorithm changes modification of content, links etc; development of quality keyword portfolio link-building strategies.
  • Experience in SEO On page and Off Page, keyword analysis, site audit conversion analysis.
  • To fully understand business objectives (e.g. leads target, profit margins Cost per acquisition) and be able to translate this into PPC strategy and action plans
  • Building and handling Search Display SEM (Pay Per Click) Accounts (Including Google, Yahoo,MSN etc.)
  • Keyword research, landing page optimization, bid optimization for definite results
  • Hands on experience in CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques for the project success
  • Uploading 1000s of keywords in across multiple regions, replicating accounts for other networks/devices.
  • Meeting daily budget spent target and Ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Analyze Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and highly ROI driven. Analyzing and sending daily report of various SEM accounts to US office.
  • Utilize other critical feature like time scheduling, geo targeting, bulk uploading, demographics and lists etc.
  • Working on desktop tools like Adwords Editor, Search Marketing Desktop, Adcenter Desktop


  • MBA/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any equivalent degree.
