How the requirement arose?
Founded by two brothers in 2017, Gllite was born from 10 years of experience within the appliance repair parts industry. Mic and Andrew James are appliance repair professionals who have utilized their hands on experience to launch an appliance parts business that really knows how to take care of the customer.
However, with any great success story, there are speed bumps, and like many other quickly scaling businesses, manual sales / data handling became a time consuming & hectic process for the firm that needed to be addressed.
That’s how our client came up with the idea of Inventory Management Solution. Mic chose us upon the recommendation of an existing Client who also had an Inventory project. So our client knew that we had the right expertise and a proven track record for his needs.

Challenges
- Our processes were very fragmented and it was becoming really problematic,” said co-founder Andrew James
- There was a complete lack of consistency – one person might use a specific spreadsheet or method to get a task done, but the person sitting next to them had a completely different approach. “ Client lacked visibility which put them at risk of overselling. They were hanging on in terms of the service customers received but it was badly affecting their internal operations
- The client needed a system that could centralize operations across all their sales channels, and handle multiple currencies to give them a single source of truth.

Solution
To provide Project Management Solution,make it accessible from any device, and decrease future development costs. Continue to develop the product, expanding its functionality for better project progress tracking.
Programs usage logging tool to provide managers with detailed information about the employees` activities in projects, including the flow and time duration. By using the search field, managers may apply various filters: by users, applications, and others. It also records all the keystrokes.
Attendance view to monitor the login, logoff times, and other details. It shows the total working time of the employee, the computers he or she worked on, and provides screenshots of the user’s activity.
