The Quenco , a Customized Coffee Shop Company has seen surging sales from younger customers, who are ordering “elaborate, cold, customized coffees, like venti caramel crunch frappuccinos.” These cold drinks now make up a whopping 70 percent of Quenco’ revenues.
The Swiss company operates directly in 10+ cities in addition to working with other distributors across the country. Founded in 1998 in Geneva, The company sells very new generation’s favorites Beverages like hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, microground instant coffee, espresso, caffe latte, full and loose-leaf teas, juices, Frappuccino beverages, pastries, and snacks Etc.
The problem? Quenco employees have been struggling to whip up the cold beverages fast enough.
